The Architecture of Stewardship
Raised in New York City, I developed a worldview rooted in discipline, resilience, and responsibility. These values define me as a leader, husband, and father. My family is a constant reminder that leadership is about what we protect and model at home as much as what we build at work.Over the past twenty years, I have led organizations across the U.S. and internationally, specializing in mental health and social services. I thrive in critical moments of transition, helping organizations bridge the gap between vision and structure. I’ve seen firsthand that most organizations don’t fail for lack of vision; they fail for lack of discipline. My approach, Capacity Leadership, focuses on building the systems and cultural depth necessary for long-term sustainability. My Christian faith deeply informs this philosophy, teaching that leadership is not about ownership, but stewardship. We are entrusted with people and resources to develop, protect, and pass on. My mission is to help leaders move toward disciplined sustainability, building organizations that are strong enough to thrive for generations to come.
